Hiveminder's been running for a little while now without many updates. We're a relatively small shop, so we end up spending cycles on each of our products in turn. Right now we're working hard toward the release of RT 4.0, the next major version of our Enterprise product. Once that's sorted, you'll likely see increased activity on Hiveminder. We have a few features tucked away waiting to be polished.
